Terms of payment
  • Payment of goods supplied by Kart Grand Prix UK Ltd is required before goods are dispatched from the registered address.

 

Returns and exchanges
  • If the goods supplied are proven to be faulty then an exchange or refund will be offered.
  • If the goods supplied are no longer required, providing they are returned in the original packaging and have not been fitted or used, then we will credit your account by the cost of the goods less any carriage charged for delivery.
  • If the goods supplied are incorrect then providing they are returned in the original packaging and have not been fitted or used, we will exchange for the correct goods, or offer a credit. The cost of delivery of the exchanged goods will be charged and payment required before the exchanged goods can be distributed.
